The roots of Jerkology Jamaican Grill go back to 2011, when our team began serving Jamaican and Caribbean food in New York City. What started as a passion for sharing the bold flavors and culture of Jamaica grew into multiple restaurant locations and catering operations in New York and later Los Angeles.
After more than a decade of restaurant experience across both coasts, we decided to create something new: Jerkology Jamaican Grill.
Jerkology represents the next chapter of our journey: taking the authentic Jamaican flavors we know and love and bringing them into a modern fast-casual experience built around great food, convenience, culture, and community.
Now we're bringing that experience to Central Florida, with a vision to grow Jerkology while staying true to the flavors, energy, and spirit that inspired us from the beginning.
